MAGNETS: A Bit of 101

A bit of 101: WHICH SIDE IS NEGATIVE?

Hold the magnet close enough to a compass, so that the north-arrow of the compass aims in the direction of the magnet. The side of the magnet, which the north-arrow of the compass points to is the Negative side. In general, the Negative side gives energy, while the Positive side withdraws energy.

MAGNET & CARBON RODS

Ancient Egyptian statues depicted Pharaohs holding two rods. Only the Pharaohs and their High Priests were allowed to touch what are now used as healing and magickal devices for strengthening energy flow within a human body.

One rod was made of Carbon and used on the right hand (the Sun Rod) and another one was made of Lodestone (magnetic rock) and used on the left hand (the Moon Rod).

The commercial Vitic generator from Borderland Science is a hand held item consisting of a carbon rod and a special magnetic rod. Carbon was once used in arc lights. Carbon rods can be bought from welding supply stores.

Use of the rod combinations can immediately induce a state of Samadhi. Here's a description on the use of the rods for healing
(Borderland Science): http://www.keelynet.com/biology/curio1.txt

Egyptian Rods: http://www.egyptianhealingrods.com/IntroFrames.html

Draja used the same method to heal a person by taping a magnetized needle on the left side and lead (from a pencil) on the rignt side of a person's picture. Pencils were once made of carbon. Nowadays pencils are made of lead or graphite with few traces of carbon. According to Drja, it should still do the trick.

I file people under two drawers: Nice and Not Nice

Draja suggests the doing the opposite for the Not Nice:

Tape the lead on the left and the needle on the right to cause weakening and illness on the subject. I tried this and added a magnet to the picture with the Positive side down. Plus, a dump of chili pepper.

Quick Results Using Repelling MAGNETS

If you need quick results for fairly easy-to-manifest tasks (i.e wanting a person call you, or the pizza delivery guy to arrive sooner...) Force two magnets together (same pole facing the other).

Yes, 'bucking magnets'. Then move your wrist towards each other so that you form a V shape with the magnets and you let the energy flow outwards. Concentrate on what you want then release. Relax and wait for the pizza.

Which side to buck? Either. Because the force of repulsion becomes Yin (Negative). When two poles repel Yin is created. I prefer bucking the Positive sides (positive to positive) to create a more Yin/ Negative over-all energy.

Yin is the more creative energy.

MAGNETS & Meditation

Meditate with a Magnet by placing the negative side on your forehead (third-eye position).
It increases the depth and value of the meditation. This method can also be used when focusing on Manifestation.

Draja says that there are at least two instances when this procedure was able to draw a satisfactory lover to a person. In my opinion, it can be applied to any other Manifestation.

More practical applications of Magnets soon...

* Draja Mickaharic was born in rural Bosnia just before WWI. He immigrated to the United States in 1939 and practiced as a magician, referring to himself as a witchdoctor, for forty-five years.

Using MAGNETS to Activate Sigils

A summoning process is normally used to evoke or call upon a Being/Spirit or Entity.

Books such as the The Key of Solomon the King, Bardon's The Practice of Magical Evocation, The Book of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage,. . . the Necronomicon...and other grimoires will provide plenty of information on this. But before going further, please study and heed all advice to proceed with caution.

Another not so common way is to use a Magnet to summon the Entity by tracing its Sigil. Use the negative side of the Magnet towards the sigil and use your left hand. Another method is to place the negative side of the Magnet on the sigil and a picture of the target (i.e. in love or money trends).

I've always had an affinity for magnets even as a kid which is why I thought of using it in Magickal practice. So far, the technique has been very successful marked by much quicker fullfillment of the desire. Unfortunately, there is not much to read on the web or the bookstore on the use of Magnets in Magickal practice.

Except for references on the use of lodestones in spells, I found only one book that zeroes in on this topic: Magical Uses for Magnets by Draja Mickaharic. Draja gives several accounts of using the same method successfully.

The 10 Stages: From Materiality to Illumination

Survival
In the first stage of the Ten Stages of Human Consciousness, the person is totally occupied in just staying alive. This level has a hierarchy of needs: air, water, food, clothing, shelter. As each need is satisfied for the moment, the person’s attention and effort will move to the next. He has no consciousness or TE left over from just staying alive to be interested in or to do much else.

Security
In the second stage of the Ten, the person has immediate Survival (the first stage) handled, so that his consciousness can turn to assuring survival into the future. In this stage, his attention and TE will go into assuring that he and his family will eat and wear tomorrow and the next day and the next; into arranging to pay the rent next month, and into preparing for any possible future threats to survival.

Sensation and Pleasure
In the third stage of Human Consciousness, the person feels that s/he has survival and security under control for the moment. S/he will then turn her attention (Consciousness) and TE to gratifying the physical senses, to seeking pleasure. In this level, life is about having fun. The person seeks wining and dining, nicer clothes, jewelry, music, parties, travel, vacations, sex, drugs, etc. anything that provides sensual stimulation.

Dominion
Eventually, as the person’s Consciousness grows, the person will seek bigger games than just personal pleasure. In the Dominion stage, the person moves into wanting power and mass.
S/he wants to obtain, accumulate and amass things (far beyond any personal need for them), and to control people, places, things, events, and energy. This can take many forms: a search for recognition, prestige, fame, or social position. It can take the form of the search for fortune, for money and economic position and the power these bring. It can take the form of trying to create an immense and preferably monopolist business empire. It can take the form of striving to move as high as possible in a hierarchy, be it a corporation, the government, the military, or a church. However, it is egoic power: power used for the benefit and glory of self; as opposed to love power, where everything is administered for the good of all.

Dark Night of the Soul
After a time in Dominion and as the spiritual Consciousness of the person grows, there will come a moment when the Being becomes dissatisfied and unhappy with her worldly games and pleasures. Life starts to be experienced as empty and meaningless. The person looks up from her beguilement with Matter and asks the Philosopher’s Questions: Where am I? What am I? Who am I? What am I doing here? Where is here? How did I get here? Where am I going? What is the purpose of my life? What is the purpose of it all? There has got to be something more than just these games! The process of the movement into the Dark Night can be fairly quick or it can take many years, but eventually the BEing in the experience of the dryness and emptiness of life most of the time. It can be an extremely painful era, filled with frustration, desperation, and depression.

Search
The Dark Night of her soul impels the Being to begin a Search for Light, for answers to the Philosopher’s Questions, for real Knowledge. The person’s religious beliefs are seen to be inadequate and useless to aid her in the Dark Night. The person begins to seek for Knowledge, to read books, to attend courses, to investigate other religions and spiritual systems.

The First Awakening: The Possibility
In the Search, eventually the person accumulates sufficient true spiritual information that the possibility that life is spiritual become real for the person The First Awakening is the dawn of a realization, still very weak, that life is fundamentally spiritual. The person begins to see that the suffering in the Dark Night is a spiritual problem... The Dark Night is still very much present, and the person is still in great confusion about the nature of Spirituality. The Search for more and more knowledge continues and leads to...

The Second Awakening: The Reality
The person continues to accumulate a quantity and quality of real spiritual knowledge and experiences until finally that her conviction that life is fundamentally spiritual is at least 51%. It is now real most of the time for the BEing that life is spiritual and that the answer to everything is the development of her spirituality. As the person increases her spiritual mass of understanding, as her Light increases, the Dark Night diminishes ever more. However, the Being can still have periods of confusion and of Dark Night.

Commitment (Warrior)
Eventually, the Light of Truth that the person has ignited within is so strong that she can no longer ignore its brilliance and its call. Previous to this stage, no matter how much attention the person had on her spirituality, it was still not first her priorities. Previous to Commitment, the Being was still putting worldly considerations of family, work, or money, ahead of her spirituality. At the stage of Commitment, s/he reverses her priorities. Now, her spirituality is more important to her than her worldly affairs. It is not until this stage that the person has finally put FIRST the Kingdom of Heaven. The person transitions from being a spiritual amateur to being a professional. Commitment opens the way to Help from above and to rapid progress.

The Third Awakening: Re-Integration to the ONE, Illumination, Cosmic Consciousness, Nirvana, the Seventh State, etc. The practice of the spiritual disciplines (supposedly the Being has been practicing and improving his practice since the First Awakening) finally renders fruit. The Being slips the surly bounds of Matter (of the Essence Suppressor Mass) and re-integrates his identity to the ONE. The Being is now experientially ONE with the SOURCE of ALL THAT IS. In the first stage of this Level of Consciousness, individuality remains but is seen to be an illusion. The Being may remain with individuality, or return fully to the ONE, as s/he pleases. This is the state of Buddha, Christ, Lao Tse. Only about 235 human beings have ever attained it since the beginning of Man.

Magus' Comment:
Across religions and spiritual systems, there is always a mention of a Commitment stage --- a threshold that one must cross by reversing priorities and putting SPIRITUALITY way ahead of worldly considerations such as love, family, work, money, etc. in order to achieve ILLUMINATION.

Arguably, worldy things are DISTRACTIONS. They really are.

Is our SPIRIT, one that was made in the Great Spirit and Likeness of the UNIVERSE so limited that it cannot achieve a so called Oneness if there is a stain of Earthliness? And most say that once you have reached the ranks of the ILLUMINATED, the matters of this world, the beauty of living on 3D Earth will no longer excite you. WHY not?... Really?

The 10 Questions that Will Bug Your Life

At one point, all of us would have asked at least 1 of the questions on the list below.
You can print it out, stash it in your back pocket for those long bus trips towards SPIRITUALITY...

You can answer them today and check a year later just to see if your views have changed.

THE 10 QUESTIONS

1. What is the nature of the universe?

Where does it come from, and how did it come to exist?
Of what is it made? What is its purpose?
What is the cause of, and the process of change?
Is it evolving or devolving or neither?
Does it function by itself or would it degenerate into entropy and chaos without some kind of
intelligent control?

2. Is there a Supreme Being?

If so, what is Her nature?
Did S/He create the universe?
Does IT continue to control it personally and if so, at what level and to what degree?
Is it possible for people to have a relationship with the Deity, and if so, what kind, and how? Does S/He intervene in the affairs of people?
Is the Deity Good?
Given that that which causes or allows Bad things or events is Bad, if S/He is Good and allpowerful, how can evil exist? (I love this classic twist!!! --- Magus)

3. What is the role of humans in the universe?

Are human beings the highest fruit of the universe or are they just an insignificant speck in
infinite space—or something inbetween?
Does the spirit of a person descend into matter from higher spiritual realms, or has it evolved
from matter?
Is the universe conscious or unconscious of humans?
If it is aware, is it warm and friendly to them, or cold and indifferent,or even hostile?
Given all the real estate in the universe can humanity be alone: would the Creator create the
cosmos for one planet of life alone?

4. What is reality? What is illusion?

What is mind?
What is thought? Is thought real?
Where do ideas come from?
Are there laws that control thought?
Which is superior: mind or matter?
Has mind created matter or has matter evolved mind?
Can matter affect thought; can thought affect matter?
Does thought have any importance—does it make any difference in our lives—or is it just
fantasy, or is life predeterminedand it makes no difference what we think?

5. What is Truth?

Is there a universal Truth, true for all people forever, or is Truth relative or individual?
How can we identify Truth?
What is the relationship of Truth to reality?
What is the relationship of Truth to beliefs?
What is Knowledge and how is it to be mined or discovered?

6. What is good and what is bad or evil?

What is moral?
What is ethical?
Who decides good and bad, right and wrong; and by what standard?
Is there an absolute standard of good and bad beyond one’s the personal opinions?
Should good and bad be determined by custom, by rational law, or by the situation?
What if the decisions of others (society, authorities, laws, etc.) determining good and bad are
contrary to one’s personal beliefs or freedoms?
Moreover, if we do not have free will but are ruled by outside factors, what difference does good
and bad make—we have no choice.

7. What determines the life and fate of each individual?

Is a person a creator and mover of their life, or do they live at the effect of forces over which
they have little control?
Does free will exist or are our lives determined by outsidefactors—and if so, what are
those factors?
Is there a Higher Power that intervenes in our lives; or is everything predetermined from the
beginning of time; or is life just random, full of coincidence and accident?
Why do bad things happen to good people, and good things to bad people?

8. What is the good life—for the individual and for the many (society)?

Why are things the way they are?
How should things be ideally?
What would a Utopian society, a heaven on earth, be like?
Is it even possible to create a Utopia?
If so, how?
Would not a Utopia assure personal freedom?
What, then, should you do with those who don’t cooperate?

9. What is happiness? What causes suffering?

What are the emotions?
Where do they come from? What causes them?
How can it be that for any given event or situation, some people suffer and others rejoice?
Is it really happiness, if a person is up at one moment and suffering the next?

10. What happens at death?

Is death the end of everything or is there a soul in people that continues to exist beyond death? If so, is that soul immortal or does it too eventually cease to exist?
If the soul does continue to exist after death, what is the nature of that existence?
If there is an existence after death, is “good” rewarded and “bad” punished?
If so, how do you reconcile reward/punishment with the concept of predestination and therefore
the absence of free will?

MANIFESTING TECHNIQUE: Suspend Disbelief

A key to Manifesting is to suspend disbelief.

A very simple but important technique is to use the phrase:

"In MY OWN universe, I have ...

Mindpower Seduction Manual

Amargi Hillier is regarded as one of the most respected archaeological historians in Egypt and the Middle East. He wrote ---

MINDPOWER SEDUCTION MANUAL:
http://www.htg.tartu.ee/~b8xtr/files/doc/Mind%20Power%20Seduction.pdf#search='mind%20power%20seductionamargi'

It's a very good read because it introduces a lot of useful concepts in 61 pages using a popular and highly acceptable topic such as Mind Power Seduction as carrot... and, it's FREE in a nice easy to read PDF format.

It's true when Amargi says that his work is much more advanced than Seduction Visualizing.

The concepts that were introduced in Amargi's e-book are:

Mind Power
Visualization
Brainwaves
Ascencion Theory
Radionics and Psionics
Sacred Geometry
Earth Grids
Merkaba
Neurological Triggers

...in 61 pages flat!

So, little does the rabbit know that he has been licking on the tip of esoteric icebergs. If he decides that he wants to really check out if he can create changes in his favor, he now has a map. This time, what he once thought was so strange starts to have a familiar flavor to it. Who doesn't wanna learn how to seduce, right?

MANIFESTING TECHNIQUE: Helping a Past Self

If you're feeling good today with lots of extra energy and you're working on a self-improvement trend or sharpening your skills in Manifesting...

TRY THIS: Direct the energy towards a PAST SELF. This should create a snowball effect back to your PRESENT SELF.

If you start a habit of doing this regularly, it should create a ripple effect towards your FUTURE SELF. (Since your future self will continue doing the technique, right?)

Don't be surprised if you get extra help from the future, when you need it most. Soon, you will interconnect all your selves through time and space in such a way that will accelerate your learning.

The energy that you send can be a general wave or in the form of love, strength, security, enlightenment, wisdom, etc.

I use this technique for:

* Top priority MANIFESTING projects that need the extra push and to clear the path (less friction from past influences means faster materialization)

* Clearing energy blocks and healing painful experiences

* Accessing information - I offer my past self the energy to learn something such as a technique or clarification on a concept so that I (PRESENT SELF) can access the info with ease

In MANIFESTING, you can use this technique to up the odds (in your favor) for a future event to occur. This is similar to a thought called 'SHIFTING PROBABILITY LINES' which I will discuss soon.

Click on the Manifestation Switch

A lot of people have experienced success in Manifesting by simply writing down what they want on a piece of paper.

Why is it so simple?

There are a lot who have written about “feeling good” and imagining or visualizing the outcome (which should bring a smile to your face) then releasing the energy.

Sometime ago I searched the web for something to explain what exactly it is that is happening. There indeed was a more scientific-based yet easy to understand explanation that pinpoints the specific areas inside the human brain involved in this kind of experience, and the kind of thought process that turns it on.

This additional scientific information makes it far easier to understand, define, describe, and teach the phenomenon.

The brain has a toggle switch that you can click on for Manifesting purposes. It’s a tiny nut called the AMYGDALA.

Turning on this switch is similar to experiences of nirvana, satori, samadhi, kensho, enlightenment, born again, and other variously defined “one-with-the- universe” peak rapturous experiences.

So where’s this nut???

There are actually two nuts on each side of the brain. The brain also has a FRONTAL LOBE that are developed in humans, and absent to a greater extent in other apes and lower mammals. Grab your forehead with your hand. Everything underneath your hand, the front 1/3 part of your brain is your frontal lobe.

Now try this: Think of the most fantastic, exhilarating, or happiest moment of your life. Now multiply that times a thousand, or ten-thousand. Or a million. That's what it feels like when you send energy to your FRONTAL LOBES. It fells like a pleasurable POP!

To POP your frontal lobes you simply click your amygdala forward. This sends energy all the way through your brain and brings a feeling of “transcendence”.

Here’s another technique: Imagine you have a feather, and that you can reach inside your head to your amygdala switch and tickle the front part of each amygdala. This thought causes the switch to click forward and sends energy to your frontal lobes. That’s it. Simple.

Use of your frontal lobes makes you feel good automatically, that’s how your brain is hard wired. Once you recognize this fact you’ll want to do it again and again. The momentum builds then POPS!

The frontal lobes are that part of your brain responsible for Creativity, Imagination, Cooperation, Intuition, and Logic- “CICIL”. The frontal lobes are the part of the brain used for new problem solving, synthesis of new and abstract ideas, concepts of time, and planning.

Releasing the energy to the FRONTAL LOBES, I suspect is the creative juice that goes into MANIFESTING.

So the next time you write your wish, click the switch FORWARD

Note: Most of the phrases were quoted from this site: www.neilslade.com

Starlight, starbright...and the Amygdala

There is so much to learn from the simplicity of the nursery rhyme

"Starlight, starbright...first star I see tonight..."

. . . that I use it as a model for manifesting.

Step 1: Look for a star and say the rhyme (yes, a simple way of evoking a celestial body)

Step 2: Visualize your wish/ intent (often, you will catch yourself looking up to the right)

Step 3: Smile (since your wish is something that you like, smiling is a natural reaction)

Step 4: Just go back to doing whatever and forget Steps 1-3.

There is a common thread to the events/ situations/ objects that I have manifested ---- all of them arose from a fleeting thought very similar to the steps I described above. None of them came from long hours of hard and desparate concentration. The energy of the former is lighter and fast, the latter is heavier and slow.

The nursery rhyme comes with a carefree and attitude. Yes, just like a child. It is no wonder children are able to manifest candies almost out of thin air.

Now, if we follow the formula for manifesting, the next obvious question is: Where does the energy or chi emanate?

Try the exercise again above and tell me how it feels? It's very hard to describe....To me, it's a light feeling that comes out from somewhere in my head with a sensation from the solar plexus and heart area.

Sometime ago I searched the web for something similar to my experience. I'm glad the site is still up. Here's the link:

http://www.neilslade.com/chart.html

It is a description of how to "click" the Amygdala (from the word Almond)

An almond-shaped mass of gray matter in the front part of the temporal lobe of the cerebrum. Also called amygdaloid nucleus.

If you go to the main site:
http://www.neilslade.com/ you will find a menu of articles. "Popping Your Frontals" is another good read.

Let me know if you get the same sensation in the head.

The Man Who Turned Newspaper to Money

"So, how did you get started?" is a pop question. And, why not? Understandably, people who are starting out on practicing magick simply need to gather similarities in experiences among fellow practitioners. It is natural to want to map out where one has been, and to duplicate any success.

The web is so rich with grimoires of successful practioners in the past but somehow we just want to hear from someone who is not way above the clouds, someone practical and not intimidating....

There was a man who turned newspaper into money in front of 9 people. This is not street magic. That man was referred to as "Baba" who appeared at the house of my father's bestfriend. He simply said, "I'd like to live here." Somehow, he was welcomed and he formed an ashram (loosely defined as: a secluded residence of a religious community and its guru). There is a long story to it, but it sure is very real. One day, the bills came. Since everyone quit their 9-5 jobs in the ashram to study, they were faced with a pile of bills thus, they presented the problem to Baba. Baba asked them to cut up newspaper into the size of money bills and to lay it before him. He simply shook his head and said that he would change the cut-up newspaper to money but with it comes a lot of responsibility. In that instant, the 9 witnesses saw the newspaper turn into money.

This is not street magic. And, too bad I was not able to meet Baba. This however, is not just a story I read in a book. It was a real story. It was so real that it has become my obsession to learn how Baba could create something from thin air and on command.

I can create a lot of things but sometimes not in the exact way I wanted things to happen and seldom was it instantaneous. That did not stop me from thinking that what Baba can do, I can do as well. I don't know if he can do anything he desires on command. Or perhaps, he can but doesn't wish to do so. Maybe dong so would mean taking on the responsibilities that come with being God.

Let's lighten up a bit.

I went on a trip and it was one of those nights when I was alone and bored in my hotel room. I thought of the story of Baba. I realized that there is logic in easing the way for the etheric to manifest into the physical realm, hence the need for cut-up newspaper. I cut up a piece of tissue paper the size of a bill and clipped it together with my 100 dollar bills and traveller's checks. Again, this is no bullshit. I left the country the next day to go back home. When I came home, I had 100 dollars in excess. I am so sure I counted my money well. Yes, the tissue was still there.

I would still stick tissue paper next to real money and money does appear but in other ways. Now I am baffled as to how Baba created money instantaneously and how my magickal dollar bill appeared. Comments as to how this happens (I don't need theoreticals but real sucessful accounts and analysis) are most welcome.

Here's another story. I went on a weekend trip sometime in April 2001 with my family. My uncle brought his Mercedes Benz. When we reached the resthouse, I joined the rest in admiring his beautiful MB. It was around 8:00pm and I remember the sky was so clear. I have a habit of looking up in the sky and reciting the old rhyme, "Starlight, starbright..." I told myself that I would one day own an MB. And I totally forgot about the thought and enjoyed the weekend.

In May, I resigned from a job to move to a dream job. The dream job however didn't offer a car as part of the package. I had to give up my company car and look for a new one. The money I had could buy me a second hand car but I was not very pleased so I scouted around for loans. I called up my aunt who was into financing and told her that I wanted to borrow money. When she learned that I needed a car, she offered her Honda Civic at a good price. I was about to take it when she told me that my uncle wanted to dispose the exact MB I was drooling on a month ago. She would sell it to me with whatever money I had for downpayment and in whatever terms I can offer to pay the balance.

No bullshit. The car served me for the next 5 years. It was my favorite car and I have a deed of sale to the next owner to show anybody that I got the MB I wanted.

So, is this all about visulaization??? Yes and no. Visulization is the cornerstone of any magickal practice. Having a seemingly carefree attitude is another.

You will find more answers in my next Post - 'I need a LOVE SPELL'

I hope the stories I shared with you will inspire you to gather your successes in practicing. If you study your successes you will find a pattern on what works.

Day One

After reading through several e-groups related to Magick, I realize that there are a lot who simply want to know more about Magick but just can't seem to find their way around.

There are tons of information on the web --- both free and peddled.

There is a difference between people who are just simply lazy and waiting to be spoon-fed and those who just need a little working-up to get started like a patt-on-the-butt and off you go....

I welcome the latter.

I wasn't lazy. I enrolled myself in the free-schooling that the 21st century www now offers and apprenticed under people who were kind enough to tutor me. I treated anyone who knew his art as my teacher. Afterall, that is what learning is about ---- it's not about the teacher, it's about the student and his attitude towards what he wants to achieve.

Academically, I graduated from a big traditional school. In learning the art and discipline of Magick, I was blessed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyper-Activity) Syndrome.... yup, to the special school you go. I realized soon enough that I was not cut out to stick to any single Big School. But, my blessed affliction is what helped me find my way fast. My way is simply ---- MY WAY. And, no one else's. That is how most of us are and can be.

Individualism is the signature of the 21st century techno-practioner of the Magickal Arts with a different set of tools around us. I live in a high-rise condominium in the middle of a big city....I can't find plant roots and oils even if I walk around for a mile (you can order from the web, but...). I cannot follow the moon and cast a spell at a specific hour because I have a 9-5 job to keep. But that didn't stop me from finding ways to cast effective spells in the middle of a busy work schedule. I use tried and proven ancient tools when available. But I also use my cellphone, my business card case (aluminum) a ballpen, a paper clip, plastic-cling, post-it notes....The pracitioners of old would have drooled if they saw what we have now.

I have so much respect for the big schools. But I was and still am so turned-off with the tendencies of adepts to display puffery and arrogance when dealing with kindergarten practitioners. I respect the school and the various disciplines but often ignore practitioners with an attitude. They simply don't have the heart to teach and my guess is that they simply want positive affirmation. Really silly and sad because it turns off and often sends a kindergarten practitioner off to never-never land. Oh, they will surely find their way back but still so much waste instead of having them off and running to find their path.

You will not find A PATH here. You will find descriptions of several paths. Choose, discover, learn then come back and choose all over again until you find out who you are and where you can be most comfortable in your practice.

A warm welcome to all.
